Running Marathons

Hi there,

I am running the Edinburgh Marathon again. Should you be feeling generous please give give to the usual Charity noted above. Might not be available through the link above as I am running as a ballot entrant.

Routine health care

It bugs me slightly but if you are coming to see me in a consult

1. Vaccinate
2. Worm
3. treat for fleas with something reputable i.e ask the vet/nurse/receptionist at the Veterinary Surgery.

...... these are really not optional if you have animals, despite the fact that you might have not seen the disease, parasite or worm in the faeces. This especially true for fleas, if your og is allergic seeing fleas is not relevant!!!!!!!

Bloody hell do people think I speak random rubbish.

Official time

Hi all
the actual time is 3hours 27 minutes and 46 seconds! Its only a minute faster than the previous but still I am very pleased at that.


A very fine course this year although once again there are whole miles that I can't recollect just now

And I still cried at 22 miles

Marathon Running

With thanks to all who supported me in the last few months. I ran the marathon in a time of 3 hours 28 minutes and 6 seconds by my watch. I expect the official time will give me a personal best but will confirm that when the results come out!
